Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

EZWELL currently offers free shipping on all Continental U.S. orders over $60. For international shipping charges please visit our shipping policy page.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes we do! However, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes with the 'Free Shipping' option, expedited or priority shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 12:00 pm will be processed the same business day.

Orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed the following business day.

Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

Exclusions may apply. Please note BALOOM is closed to shipping on the weekends and statutory holidays.Orders received before 12:00 pm will be processed the same business day.

How can I track my order?

If you have an email address on file, you will receive a Shipment Notification email once your order has shipped. Simply click on the link to be redirected to the tracking page.

Is this website safe to shop on?

EZWELL is a safe and secure shopping destination. We do not store any sensitive data such as credit or debit card numbers. EZWELL uses top-rated providers for security. Our servers are certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant, ensuring the same level of security used by banks.

Warranty & Returns

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your return policy?

We believe in a customer-first policy. If you are not happy with our product or service, we offer a 30-day return on all EZWELL products for a full refund, no restocking fee or strings attached. If you are unhappy in any way, please email us at support@myezwell.com.

At this time, we are only able to issue refunds for EZWELL products purchased directly from www.myezwell.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

How do I return my product?

Please contact our customer service department at support@myezwell.com for "RMA service" to receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number.

 What you’ll need:

- Billing First and Last Name

- Shipping address

- Phone number

- Product to be returned

- Description of the issue you are experiencing with your device

- Proof of purchase– you will attach a copy or image of your proof of purchase or order number

Note: Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any items lost in transit without a tracking number, or due to improper packaging, is not the responsibility of EZWELL and will not be covered by returns and warranty replacement policy.

How long does the warranty last?

At EZWELL we stand behind our products and provide a six-month limited warranty on all EZWELL products. EZWELL warrants all EZWELL products that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for warranty periods from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

We recommend that you keep record of your purchase— whether from www.myezwell.com or another retailer — in the event that you need to return your product.
