EZWELL warrants all EZWELL products that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for warranty periods from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.

REFUND POLICY

We believe in a customer-first policy. If you are not happy about our product or service, we offer a 30-day return on all EZWELL products for a full refund, no strings attached or a restocking fee. If you are not happy in any way, please email us at support@myezwell.com.

 We are only able to issue refunds for EZWELL products purchased directly from www.myezwell.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

 Sale items marked with a discount of 30% or greater are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

If your products arrive damaged or are not working properly, please follow the warranty process, contact our customer service via email at support@myezwell.com for RMA authorization, and no charge for a return label within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge or you can choose to receive a full refund.
